Bolt have been so helpful, supporting me with my weight loss. They deal with any questions efficiently and supportively. I recently had to contact them to hold a delivery as I was away, I received an email response on the same day and a hold was placed on the order on returning home I emailed to request the hold be removed and again within the hour the response was positive and helpful. From the moment l contacted them & discussed what l wanted to achieve, Bolt was supportive & very reassuring. Everything has been straight forward from the start

Delivery has been quick and on time but the Bolt App needs to be completed as it’s still in beta mode and pretty useless at the moment but that’s the only niggle I have. Responses from staff have been super quick so I would definitely recommend this company.
