Bolt have been so helpful, supporting me with my weight loss. They deal with any questions efficiently and supportively. I recently had to contact them to hold a delivery as I was away, I received an email response on the same day and a hold was placed on the order on returning home I emailed to request the hold be removed and again within the hour the response was positive and helpful. I would highly recommend Bolt.

I was a bit dubious about starting my weight loss journey with Bolt.But after reading that they were an actual pharmacy and UK based, that helped me make my mind up..Very proffesional help if you have any health issues and they give you follow up additional advice and check all is OK.

From the moment l contacted them & discussed what l wanted to achieve, Bolt was supportive & very reassuring. Knowing they were monitoring my progress, checking up on me, re possible side effects (l had none)was also reassuring. Any questions were answered promptly. They never pushed me to go to higher doses & accepted l wanted to stay on low dose & lose weight slowly. I have no hesitation in recommending Bolt at all!

Delivery has been quick and on time but the Bolt App needs to be completed as it’s still in beta mode and pretty useless at the moment but that’s the only niggle I have. Responses from staff have been super quick so I would definitely recommend this company.
